My favorite recipe for this comes from the Little Blue River Church of Christ Keepsake Recipes. It's such a great summertime dessert and pretty too!
To make the crust mix together:
2 c crushed graham crackers
1 T sugar
1 stick melted butter
Press into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350.
For the filling mix together:
2 c powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
12 oz Cool Whip
Once the crust has cooled, spread the filling on the crust. Top with 1 can of cherry pie filling. Store in the refrigerator.
