My mom used to fix pizza every Sunday night.  While I don't carry on that tradition, I enjoy fixing this easier twist on the meal.  It's one of my favorite evening dishes since it's easy and filling. 

1 can Pillsbury pizza crust
1 can tomato paste
1 lb sausage med. Cooked/crumbled
1 can mushrooms (optional)
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

spread out crust
spread on tomato paste
sprinkle on cooked sausage and mushrooms
sprinkle on cheeses
roll starting on the long sides so you have a long roll
curve ends around like a croissant

Beat one egg with a fork and dab on with a paper towel.  This browns it nicely.  Bake as can suggests, making sure it is not doughy inside.
