Apricot Chicken


This recipe came from my Emmaus Walk, and is great with rice.

6 - 8 boneless chicken breasts halves
Sliced onion to taste
1 jar apricot preserves
1 small bottle California French salad dressing
1 envelope dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Place chicken in a large baking dish. Arrange onion slices on chicken. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 325 for 45 - 60 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken breasts.
