My "Olive Garden"-ish Salad

As close as I can get . . .

5 c torn mixed greens
1 small red onion, sliced
1 medium tomato, diced
1 can black olives, drained
some pepperocini peppers

Toss together. Top with dressing and croutons just before serving.

Dressing:
2/3 c canola oil
1/3 c vinegar
1 1/4 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 bag croutons
